At Aurora Equestrian we understand that shopping online isn’t aways easy, maybe it's the wrong fit or even the wrong colour. If you would like to exchange or refund your purchased items, please read our terms and conditions below to see if you are eligible. Please note in the case your request for your item to be exchanged or refunded doesn’t meet the requirements below, we have the right to politely deny your request. If you are unsure if you are eligible, please feel free to email the Aurora Equestrian team and we will be more than happy to be of assistance to you.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FOR CLOTHING

We accept refunds and exchanges 14 days from receipt of the goods at your address. To be eligible for a refund your purchased item must be in brand new condition (tried on for sizing purpose only, not worn), all tags still attached and clothing folded carefully. Please note that all shipping fees will be at buyers expense and your item must return in its original packaging. We recommend in the case of needing a return or exchange that you use a tracked and signed service as well as keeping your receipt in the unfortunate case your item becomes lost in transit. Please note that in the case your item requested for exchange is not in stock and you would not like to wait for your item to be restocked, we can alternatively offer you a store credit meeting the exact price of your item you wish to exchange.
